The challenge
Making the mission clear and legal help easier to find
Veterans Legal Institute provides pro bono legal services to homeless, at-risk, disabled, and low-income veterans and active-duty service members. Its website needed to communicate that mission clearly, reach more people through nonprofit campaigns, and make requesting legal help easier. The revamp brought brand presentation, search visibility, performance, accessibility, and client intake into one coordinated effort.
